services you agree to and are subject to the following terms
and conditions of service (and entitled to the 100% Satisfaction
Guarantee) as detailed below ...
General
EcoClean Carpet Care agrees to perform the work specified
by the client in professional manner using every care to accomplish
a satisfactory service. By ordering EcoClean Carpet Care via
telephone, e-mail, fax or website the client is agreeing to
be bound by EcoClean's Terms and Conditions of Service.
Carpet Cleaning
EcoClean Carpet Care will not be responsible for failing
to remove old / permanent stains, pre-existing conditions
that cannot be removed using normal carpet cleaning methods.
Existing damage will be reported prior to commencing work.
Cleaning and Stain Removal
EcoClean Carpet Care will examine your carpet that has been
stained with foreign substances. You acknowledge that the
carpet in its stained condition is of lessened value. You
understand that variations in carpet fabric and dyestuff composition
and that there are instances where stains may not be removed
with regular cleaning, or a stain removal process and where
discoloration and or bleaching of the carpet may occur. You
also understand that is is impossible to test for or predetermine
the result of cleaning or stain removal treatment.
With full knowledge of the above you authorize EcoClean Carpet
Care to treat your carpet in an attempt to remove the soiling
and stains. You understand there are variables beyond the
control of EcoClean Carpet Care and understand that EcoClean
Carpet Care disclaims any liability for damage caused to the
carpet as a result of any cleaning or stain removal treatment.
You agree to hold EcoClean Carpet Care harmless for any damage
caused to your carpet as a result of any cleaning or stain
removal procedure. I authorize EcoClean Carpet Care technicians
to proceed with the prescribed treatment.
Urine Odor / Stains
If your carpeting is currently damaged due to urine deposits
and or feces / vomit, you agree to hold EcoClean Carpet Care
harmless for any damage caused to your carpet as a result
of any cleaning or stain removal procedure. Urine deposits
can be activated by cleaning, releasing odor and staining
material. You acknowledge that the carpet in this condition
is of severely lessened value.
There is no guarantee implied or expressed that all urine
odor and or stains will be removed. Our 7 day spot free guarantee
does NOT apply to urine spots / stains.
Upholstery Cleaning
Backing, lining and other materials and processes used in
the manufacture of upholstered items may produce adverse results
in the surface material when cleaned. You understand there
is no way of determining when such results will occur and
that the fabric may be previously experienced deterioration
due to such factors as fading, shrinkage, dry-rotting, watermarking,
browning, or lose tensile strength. Also understand that manufacturers
will occasionally mark items with a black or other colored
market on the backside of the fabric. You understand that
this should not be done and it has the potential to bleed
through when cleaned.
You agree not to hold EcoClean Carpet Care responsible for
any of the conditions described.
Guarantee
Our company performs the highest quality work and we back
it up with our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not
satisfied with any area cleaned, we will re-clean the area.
If you are still not satisfied we will refund the amount paid
for the unsatisfactory area.
All EcoClean Carpet Care appointments include an unconditional
7 day warranty against any spot re-appearing. Should any spot
re-appear we’ll gladly return and retreat the area completely
free of charge when our office is notified within the
first 7 days following the completion of the job. **
Does not include urine spots / stains. Obligation under this
warranty shall be limited to refunding only the purchase price
of that portion of the service as not satisfactory.
Claims
In case of a complaint EcoClean Carpet Care requires to be
notified within 7 days after completion of the cleaning work.
No claims will be entertained after the above limit. If the
Client is dissatisfied with the work, a cleaner must be allowed
to return and re-do the job at no extra charge. EcoClean is
only liable for the purchase price of the cleaning service.
Cancellation
The Client may cancel / skip a cleaning visit by giving at
least 24 hours notice. Otherwise if not notified on time EcoClean
Carpet Care will charge the full amount for the cleaning visit
and no refund can be claimed.
In the event that a cleaner travels to the clients house on
the designated day and the client is not in or the cleaner
cannot gain entry to the property the client shall be liable
for the cleaners traveling cost.
Website Disclaimer
We've made every effort to present accurate information about
carpet cleaning on our website; however, we are not responsible
for any of the results you experience as a result of applying
any of the material presented on our website. EcoClean Carpet
Care reserves the right to make changes to any part of these
Terms and Conditions without any notice.
Other
The Client must allow the cleaner access to hot water and
power. All fragile and breakable items must be secured or
removed.

Cleaning Systems - Multi-method - By far our most
popular service. We highly recommend this option in homes
or facilities we are cleaning for the first time, or that
are cleaned once a year or less. The most premium carpet cleaning

Low Moisture Extraction Systems (dry cleaning)
- Low moisture equipment comes completely inside your home
or office, no security issues with open doors for hoses (also
no hoses to be trip hazards). Can reach areas not accessible
by truckmounted hot water extraction. Quieter. More environmentally
friendly, using much less water, smaller carbon footprint
(carpet cleaning equipment not powered by a gas motor in the
truck) Less water used = less humidity, very important in
moisture sensitive environments (books, files, computer equipment,
other electronics)
 Hot
Water Extraction Systems (steam cleaning) - Hot
water extraction carpet cleaning is the method most commonly
recommended by carpet manufacturers to maintain your carpet
warranty. Carpet warranties vary by manufacturer but many
require periodic professional hot water extraction cleaning
with receipts. We take this "standard" carpet cleaning method
to a whole new level; providing deep down clean soft fluffy
carpet, that dries in minutes.
 Interim
Appearance Systems - This method of carpet cleaning
is becoming more and more popular in commercial carpet maintenance.
It should be used as an interim maintenance method and should
be followed periodically (every 2-3 cleanings) by a thorough
extraction cleaning. Faster production rates result in cost
effective solutions to improve your carpets appearance and
extend the time between extraction cleanings.
Other carpet cleaning systems available for specialty carpets
/ rugs / situations (dry foam, shampoo, absorbent / adsorbent
