Our company performs the highest quality work and we back it up with our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any area cleaned, we will re-clean the area. If you are still not satisfied we will refund the amount paid for the unsatisfactory area.
All EcoClean Carpet Care appointments include an unconditional 7 day warranty against any spot re-appearing. Should any spot re-appear we’ll gladly return and retreat / reclean the area completely free of charge when our office is notified within the first 7 days following the completion of the job. ** This guarantee does not include urine spots / stains. Obligation under this warranty shall be limited to refunding only the purchase price of that portion of the service as not satisfactory. All terms & conditions apply
